On July 4th, IAVA Legislative Associate Tom Tarantino joined Fox News to discuss a simple way Americans can help give new veterans a 'piece of the High Life' this summer: by donating bottle caps for IAVA's new campaign with Miller High Life. Miller High Life will donate more than $1 million in once-in-a-lifetime experiences to new veterans and their families from baseball tickets to NASCAR passes and more this summer. In Memoriam: Senator Robert Byrd

Senator Robert Byrd, the longest-serving Senator in United States history, passed away on Monday at the age of 92. The late Senator served as former Chairman of the powerful Senate Appropriations Committee, a member on the Subcommittee for Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
