The Houston Chronicle's Armed Sources blog reported on IAVA Action Fund's 2010 Congressional Report Card noting a "very short honor roll this year" of elected officials in Texas who supported veterans' issues.
The Chronicle noted Republican Senators John Cornyn and Kay Bailey Hutchison both received D grades, down from solid B's last year. In the House of Representatives, the only Texan to earn an A+ was Democrat Al Green, of the 9th District.
